Ingredients
4 parts Ketchup
1 parts Worcestershire
2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1/8 part Brown Sugar
1/8 part Soy Sauce
Directions
Combine Ingredients. Use a small bowl or jar to combine all the katsu sauce ingredients.
Whisk or Shake. Whisk thoroughly (or shake if using a jar) until all the sugar has dissolved and the sauce has a nice, smooth consistency. That’s it!
As an added step, I heated a small pan to very low heat and simmered sauce for 2-5 min.
